Every week I'll have a new life hack to help make your life easier. This week it's all about getting you to bed at a decent time and getting as much sleep as possible. The key is to remove as many obstacles as possible. Do all of your nighttime rituals before you get tired, like brushing your teeth, washing your face and putting on your PJs.
