In a Snap Fitness: The Water Jug Workout
As we count down the weeks to summer, some of you are counting down the pounds on the scale. It can be hard to do if you don't have access to a gym and the proper equipment needed to achieve your fitness goals.
I'm living proof that you don't need all that. You don't need a trainer, either; but I've recruited some of the best in Rockford to put together fun and easy workouts you can use at home and with random things you already have for equipment.
This week I met with my personal trainer, Therese, from Anytime Fitness. Like a lot of people who are trying to lose weight and stay in shape, I needed someone to get me back on track and keep me accountable; and Therese has been a big help with that.
