Thus ends Cutler’s tumultuous eight-year run with the Chicago Bears. The Bears are said to have a three-year $45 million contract with free agent quarterback Mike Glennon.
Cutler has been the subject of trade talks before the 2016 season started. One of the proposed landing spots for Cutler was with the New York Jets. Now that Cutler is a free agent, there’s a good chance he winds up in New York.
In case you’re wondering, Cutler’s last pass with the Chicago Bears was, you guessed it, an interception.
