What Do People Steal The Most in Illinois

With the amount of road construction always happening in Illinois, I'm not surprised tons of people steal these after a wild night out.

I'm not totally sure why this is a thing, but after reading multiple people say they've stolen orange traffic cones with friends I got to wondering why that is lol.

To be fair, there are so many traffic cones for all the construction happening in this damn state that one or two going missing won't really make a difference.
