Teacher of The Week: Mr. Wilde From Windsor Elementary School

Congratulations to our newest teacher of the week, Mr.Wilde from Windsor Elementary School in Loves Park.

Mr.Wilde won from Nothing Bundt Cakes and Broadway Florist.  He also won a $100 gift card from Oriental Trading Company.  The letter to Mr.Wilde was signed from, "Natalie Martinez (AKA) thankful parent".  She is the parent of one of Mr.Wilde's students, Kaleb.

When Mr.Wylde makes his class so interesting  that my son comes home talking excitedly about his day, I'm appreciative.  I'm also taken back that Mr.Wylde brought his own younger son to watch the boys play football on a chilly Saturday morning when I couldn't be there (I had other obligations as well as Kaleb's dad.)  My son was so excited to have his teacher actually spend his own time to watch the game that it made an impression on the boys. He really makes a positive male role model for the kids that haven't had the best example. I really would like to see a teacher like him get recognition for the selfless job he does.
