Teacher of the Week: Mrs. Garnhart from Rockford East High School

Congratulations to our newest teacher of the week, Mrs. Garnhart from Rockford East High School.

Mrs. Garnhart scored beautiful flowers from Broadway Florist and an amazing cake from Nothing Bundt Cakes.

The winning nomination came from Sierra Gregg. Sierra writes:

Mrs. Garnhart should be teacher of the week because she goes beyond her job description to help her students. She is a capstone teacher, and she has to help her students communicate with members in the community which isn't always the easiest. She make sure her students have the opportunities to be successful.

She has spent most of her time, even personal time to help her students get their work and projects done. She also is down to earth and make sure the learning environment is able to learn in. She loves to work with the students. She should be teacher of the week because she does the work to take care of her as if they were her own students.
