Teacher of the Week: Ms. Merrick from Donald C. Parker Early Education Center

Congratulations to our latest Teacher of the Week, Ms. Merrick from Donald C. Parker Early Education Center.

Ms. Merrick was surprised at school with beautiful flowers from Broadway Florist and delicious cupcakes from Sugar Jones.

The winning nomination came from Kayla Wigton, Kayla writes:

My son was very behind last year in kindergarten and was struggling to focus and want to learn. she took time to help every student and got my son into the love of learning and reading. he now is a grade level above on Math and English. he wants to go to school every day and I have heard that from many other parents last year when he was there. I wish I could have done this last year when she was his teacher and keeps in touch with us to follow him through this year as well. AMAZING TEACHER!"
