A new year means not just resolutions but also a fresh batch of laws to keep life interesting. This year, the state has rolled out hundreds of new rules covering everything from a minimum wage bump to easier ways to cancel that gym membership you forgot you had. Whether you’re a fan of cutting-edge tech, a subscriber who’s been burned by tricky renewals, or just someone trying to clear your record, these changes might impact you more than you think.
