Amy Schumer Mysteriously Cancels Suburban Chicago Book Store Signing

Comedian Amy Schumer was set to sign copies of her new book this Saturday but has suddenly cancelled.

Schumer's new book, The Girl With The Lower Back Tattoo was released this week and was scheduled to visit Naperville on Saturday and sign copies for fans.

However, the Daily Herald says her "appearance in Naperville has been canceled due to illness, a representative of Schumer's publisher, Simon and Schuster,"

This is just another in a series of bizarre incidents surrounding Schumer this week. Schumer had to back track on a rumor that her show was cancelled on Twitter.

Schumer also had to defend herself and her show, Inside Amy Schumer, regarding comments show writer Kurt Metzger made about rape.

Maybe Schumer really is sick. Popular opinion is that she might be sick of the negative backlash she has received this week and is just going to lay low.
