Cringe-Worthy Video Shows Chicago Tourists Cooling Off in Sewage Infested Water in Baltimore

Have you ever been to some place new and you did something that made the locals look at you like you're crazy? It's like there's these unwritten rules in domestic and foreign cities that no one ever tells you about, until you become a viral hit and the laughing stock of an entire city because of your lack of knowledge of your surroundings.

For example, I would probably be "that guy" who would step on the Chicago Blackhawks logo in their locker room; while taking a photo with my hands all over the coveted Stanley Cup. I honestly had no idea that if you didn't earn it, you shouldn't touch it.  But no one will tell you that until after they snap your pic and share it on Facebook, Snapchat and Twitter.

Something similar happened to these poor kids from Chicago who were in Baltimore and jumped in the Inner Harbor. According to Blue Water Baltimore, the harbor is filled with raw human sewage; essentially making it a giant toilet bowl.  Locals managed to get video of them mindlessly splashing and diving in the disease infested water.

My skin is suddenly crawling. Obviously, locals didn't warn them before they obliviously cooled themselves off in fecal matter, but hopefully they were kind enough to suggest they visit a doctor to ensure that they don't get sick.
