Dairy Depot Opens For Season With New Items & Safety Measures
Dairy Depot officially opened for the season today, May 22.
Memorial Day weekend is always the perfect time for some ice cream regardless of the state of the world.
That doesn't mean Dairy Depot is treating this season just like every other.
They've implemented new safety measures to keep their customers and employees safe this season.
Including a new way to pay and order.
Dairy Depot is now accepting credit card options for the first time in their storied history as well as online ordering.
Customers are asked to text the word DAIRYDEPOT to 72727 or to go to dairydepotlovespark.com and click the "Place Your Order" button to get started.
Dairy Depot will continue to allow walk-up customers but with social distancing practices in place along with floor decals spaced out.
Employees will wear Personal Protective Equipment and will also be required to take their temperature when getting to work and returning from break.
Along with new safety protocols in place at Dairy Depot, there are a few new menu items including:
- Family Survival Kit: Two pints of ice cream, cones or cups, sprinkles, twinkles, M&M's, and gummy worms along with spoons and napkins.
- Mint Cookie Craze Flurry: Grasshopper ice cream, with Thin Mint cookies.
- Cherry Dole Whip: Dole's new vegan, dairy, and gluten-free soft serve.
