Spring is in the air and that means it's bachelorette party season! Sure, it's bachelor party season too... but I know you're not reading this to plan one of those, nope you're here to throw your bestie the best bachelorette party of the century and a new study says Chicago is the place to plan it.

You might know I'm the queen of being a bridesmaid, I've been in 9 weddings, and I think all of those weddings were before I was 32. Three of those included being the maid of honor, so bachelorette parties are literally in my resume.

You know you need the BIG night out, two other activities that are personal to the bride, matching clothing and somewhere to stay but now you also know Chicago is the place to make it all happen.

This new study is from marketing experts Searchbloom.

Searchbloom gathered info based on each U.S. city's entertainment value, nightlife and accommodations and not only did Chicago take the top spot, but Chi-town got a perfect 10 out of 10.

Top 5 Cities in the U.S. to Throw a Bachelorette Party

Chicago is number one, followed by Las Vegas, New York City, Orlando and New Orleans.

All give of those cities ranked 9.7/10 or more, and Chicago really did beat Las Vegas by just a hair.

But if you live in the Stateline area, Chicago wins by a landslide because an hour and a half on I-90 beats having to pay for airfare any day.
