The lack of shows at Wrigley Field this summer had people wondering what exactly was going on.

Maybe the folks at Wrigley were just waiting for the right show to pop up because this one is a doozy.

Announced today, Green Day, Fall Out Boy and Weezer are going on tour together and yes, they're doing a show at Wrigley Field.

JUST ANNOUNCED: Green DayFall Out Boy and Weezer are bringing the Hella Mega Tour presented by Harley-Davidson to Wrigley Field on 8/13/20! Presales start 9/19 at 10am local.

I don't want to exaggerate, but this show is going to be huge. Last year, Fall Out Boy headlined their own show at Wrigley, and the year before that, so did Green Day.

I went to both shows, and they were excellent. Wrigley Field is a better music venue than I ever considered and is probably in my top two to three places to see a live show.

So mix in the two aforementioned headliners, adding the incredible venue and dropping in some Weezer and that's a recipe for an out of this world rock show. Can't wait.
