Heading for Chicago this weekend? Please drive safely.

Remember, no texting while driving, no speeding and definitely no ketchup.

My friend Jason was confused by the sign, so he threw it up and Facebook and asked, "Can anyone help me understand what Traffic Issues Ketchup has been causing lately?I want to make sure my mustard is ok!!"

Judging by the comments, Jason, and some of his friends, were completely unaware that Chicagoans have a rule against putting ketchup on hot dogs; which in turn sparked the debate, again, on whether or not you can put ketchup on a hot dog.

We already know the answer to this- it's yes; yes ketchup goes on a hot dog.

Kudos for IDOT on the creative electronic traffic sign.
