I think we have all had one of these mornings...Your day begins and your whole world falls to crap. For the rest of the day you are trying to rebound, and find that moment that "clicks" and gets you back on track. It's ok, it happens to everyone...My advice would be to keep the glass half FULL and that mindset will allow you to stay smiling somewhat...or there is THIS other option.
