I’m Not Going To See This Movie: ‘Sex Tape’ ‘Planes: Fire and Rescue’ & ‘The Purge: Anarchy’

Bad movies have flooded theaters this summer (Transformers 4, anyone), and we need something good to watch. Will a couple of sequels and a new comedy from Cameron Diaz and Jason Segel do the trick? Let's find out.

"SEX TAPE"

Rated R - 94 minutes

What I think it's about: "Sex Tape" looks like a hilarious romp about a married couple who "accidentally" uploads a homemade "video" of themselves doing unspeakable things.

"PLANES: FIRE AND RESCUE"

Rated PG - 83 minutes

What I think it's about: The latest from Pixar DisneyToon Studios, uses the hilarious Cars 2 as a reference on how to kill an animated franchise. Dane Cook also lends his voice talent. Expect lots of yelling until you submit to laughter.

"THE PURGE: ANARCHY"

Rated R - 103 minutes

What I think it's about: "The Purge" franchise replaces "Saw" as the yearly horror film everyone thinks they want to see.
