Last week we celebrated the 10th anniversary of "Mean Girls," and today we celebrate the 10th anniversary of something even more important (to me, at least) the final episode of "Friends."

Every Thursday night for ten years, I watched or VCR-ed "Friends." Not necessarily appropriate TV for a seven year old in 1994 but I think I turned out ok.

I know I'm not the only one that owns every season on DVD. But I might be the only person who (still) has a drawer filled with "Friends" fan memorabilia. I remembered that I had a really nice book filled with "Friends" memories from the entire series, and when I found it, it wasn't alone.

Inside my fanatic drawer was also commemorative Entertainment Weekly issues, a Teen People (which doesn't even exist anymore), some books full of trivia and three old school TV Guide magazines. Ok, that's acceptable(ish).

Then I found the silly stuff. A CD with "Friends" party music on it (that I bought, not made... though I'm not sure which is worse), Central Perk coasters, a mini "Friends" party recipes cookbook, and Central Perk coffee grounds. So that's kind of normal right? No, Michelle, it's not.

The final two things I found are my favorite.

Apparently, ten years ago, there was an article in my hometown paper about the series finale, proving that today is actually the anniversary. May 6, 2004.

And it really wouldn't be a fanatic drawer if I didn't have a personal collection of printed quotes from the series organized by character. Starting, of course, with Chandler Bing. Matthew Perry might've been my "I love funny guys" catalyst.

Those quotes are only half of the embarrassment though, because that "packet" was accompanied by the lyrics to all of Phoebe Buffet's songs. Just in case one day I actually forget the words to "Smelly Cat."

Anyone else have a fanatic "Friends" drawer? Or maybe a secret collection of other pop culture silliness? Please tell me I'm not alone.
