As you may or may not know, I get up at 2am to hit the gym to workout. This morning was my leg workout, and as I was working on my butt, I thought I would share with you a great move that will lift your backside. 

All you have to do it, is swing your leg in towards your chest, and back up. I swing my leg back so the bottom of my foot is facing the ceiling.  I had a great burn this morning, and honestly, I love doing this move because it does work!  Easy to do anywhere too...as I know a lot of you are busy Mom's.
