New Haunted House Hoping to Scare Up Crowds in Suburban Chicago
Just when you thought you've "been there and done that" with just about every haunted house or Halloween-type experience imaginable, this thing pops up out of nowhere.
Called Terror Roulette, it looks like just the kind of haunt that is going to scare up monster-sized audiences this season.
Located at the Arboretum of South Barrington about 30-40 minutes from Rockford, this sounds like a haunt you've never experienced.
A twisted game of fear, where boundaries are shattered, and nightmares become an unsettling reality. Terror Roulette blends adrenaline, suspense, and vile acts, to create an immersive environment for those seeking an unparalleled thrill.
Seems pretty freaky to me but to some, it's exactly what they're looking for during the Halloween season.
Better yet, if you love it so much, Terror Roulette is actually hiring right now.
Here's where it gets even scarier though, the ticket prices. Yikes!
I mean, I'm all for getting your haunts on but dang, some of these prices are steep. The Masochist season pass will run you $149, followed by the Psycho Pass at $69, and then the Terror Pass at just $42. With each tier, tickets are more expensive but you get more stuff like stickers and tees.
Obviously, the cheapest pass offers the least amount of fun stuff included but that's fine by me, but is it still too much for some top-level scares?
See for yourself, Terror Roulette opens a limited-time run on September 29 through October 31.
