One Of Rockford’s Favorite Bands Announces Reunion Show
After a five-year hiatus, the band that filled every festival and venue in town is back for a one-time reunion show. Dot Dot Dot just made a BIG announcement!
It's been five long years since we've heard Adam, Rose, Lisa, and Marty perform Another Stupid Love Song, Around The World, Stay, and, finally, they're getting back together for one show.
In a post on Facebook, Dotx3 frontman, Adam, shared this message with fans,
Truth is- the day before this show is the first and only time Rose, Michael, Lisa, Marty and I (Adam) can all rehearse together for the first time in 5 years.
Like all the past Dot shows, you're going to need your party pants, hats, shirts, boas, sunglasses, or whatever getup you choose because it'll be a New Years Eve party. It'll also be a double dose of fun for 80's music lovers because Sixteen Candles will play the show, too.
Dot Dot Dot will play a 45-minute set before Sixteen Candles and there is no doubt this will be a must-see night of music. The show will happen in Rosemont, IL at Joe's Live and a ticket will run you $85. According to joesliverosemont.com,
A ticket includes premium drink package including mixed drinks, domestic & craft beers, wine & bubbly, and soda as well as a BBQ dinner buffet and late night breakfast from Bub City!
Doors open at 8 p.m., show start and 9 p.m., and you can find hotel and other information here.
In true Adam fashion, he leaves fans with this,
So there it is, folks! One night to practice, one 45 minute set, and one whole bottle of Pepto Bismol!
Practice time need not matter. Dot fans will be sure it's a night to remember.
