Adding a little comedy to a 'Help Wanted' sign really does make a difference.

Sometimes when you're hiring, you have to say something funny to stand out from the million of other places looking for help.

Take 15th and Chris for example. They know that summer means more daily diners at their popular burger joint.

So, to stand out from the rest, they added some comedy to their Instagram post.
