It's the end of an era for 90s kids who got a pure sugar rush from indulging in one of Dunkin' Donuts' most popular menu items, the Coolatta.

The next best thing to a milk shake, the Coolatta was a pivotal part of my teen years and later became a once-in-a-while treat after I found out just exactly how many calories and sugar was in it; trust me you don't want to know.

What's even sweeter, for those of you that aren't all that bitter about losing the Coolatta is that, according to Today, Dunkin' will be replacing it with a new summer drink, the Frozen Dunkin Coffee. It's supposedly more like coffee than a dessert.

Judging by the social media uproar, no one cares; we have enough frozen coffee options already. Am I right?
