Rockford Icehogs Hockey Celebrates Local Artists With Unique Hat Designs
Rockford Icehogs hockey is back and that means a ton of great promotional nights that you definitely want to get tickets too. This year, there are three new local artist hat designs you'll want to add to your collection.
There are so many talented artists in the Stateline area and the city really does a lot to show off their talents.

We have the spring and fall ArtScene weekends, we had an entire festival devoted to the most creative Rockfordians around last year and every corner you turn there's a mural to show off their skills.

On top of all of that, the Rockford Icehogs have been working with the Rockford Area Arts Council for the second year in a row to create the Local Artists Hat Series presented by BMO.
Not only do three artists get to see their designs come to life in a real hat they can wear themselves, but the fans who attend the three Local Artists Hat Series game this season will also find themselves with a hat.
The winners this year are Abigail Pixler, Kayo Martinez and Chris Geebus.
We officially got to see the designs yesterday on social media.
