SNL Alum, Rachel Dratch, Shares 'Debbie Downer' Sketch Details

Rachel Dratch from Saturday Night Live has an interesting job this week, she's smelling the World's Stinkiest Sock.

Ok, so I'm still overly shocked and post-excited that I got the chance to talk to Rachel Dratch from Saturday Night Live yesterday!

RACHEL DRATCH. She knows Tina Fey and Jimmy Fallon and Seth and Amy and LORNE.

Thankfully I kept that overly long sentence to myself when I talked to Rachel yesterday, but I think she could still tell I was a major fangirl when I told her that Saturday Night Live has been one of my favorite shows for my entire life.

Rachel virtually stopped by Good Day Stateline yesterday and talked about her biggest sketch of all time, Debbie Downer.

She also told us about her job this week which involves a stinky sock.

Rachel is currently partnering with Lysol for the #LysolLaundryChallenge which involves that super stinky sock.

I'm not sure that's a campaign I would put at the top of my list of things to do... but on the flip side I would surely say yes if Lysol asked me to be a part of it.

Rachel and I also talked about her pre-teen son and how laundry gets a different vibe when you have a smelly boy in your house... which I can totally relate to because I grew up with two older brothers that took turns living in the basement where there was no ventilation.
