It appears that the State of Illinois can't get their act together when it comes to reopening Olson Lake this Summer.

Watching the way this machine clears trees is a bit terrifying. In contrast, it's also beautiful to see just how efficiently it operates.

Back in March Olson Lake closed for the summer because of contaminated water, so what's changed?
