Rockfordians might be feeling stressed on a daily basis, but according to the website, Zippia, our stress level is nothing compared to our neighbors to the East.

Before we get to the list, here are the components that Zippia used to develop their list:

• Percentage of residents with a commute over 30 minutes long
• Unemployment rates
• Hours worked
• Population density
• Percentage of income based on rent
• Percentage of the population without health insurance

The info they used was from 2014, but it's pretty safe to say the list is still accurate.

According to their calculations, these are the top 10 stressed-out cities in Illinois.
