Matthew McConaughey has been in the news this week, but it has nothing to do with his movies. This time, he's in the spotlight because of the night he spent working with the University of Texas at Austin's SURE WALK program.

The program is hoping to protect students from sexual assault on campus by offering them someone to walk home with them when they are alone.

Matthew is an UT Austin alum, and spent the night picking up students who called for a SURE WALK companion.
