Eric Peterson was served with a search warrant in unincorporated DuPage County, Illinois. Cops got a tip about this guy's "small farm" and the cops did what they do.

Manufacture or delivery of cannabis of more than 2,000 but less than 5,000 grams

Possession of more than 2,000 but less than 5,000 grams of cannabis

Producing or possessing more than 20 but less than 50 cannabis plants

Two misdemeanor counts of possession of a firearm without a valid FOID card

One misdemeanor count of possessing ammunition without a valid FOID card

Peterson was not around when served, but was aware of the warrant out for his arrest and turned himself in. He was wanted on a $50,000 arrest warrant.

No luck of the Irish for Eric Peterson as he turned himself in for the massive drug charges. Yes, you can grow your own people...Just not that big, not that much and not with the intent to cash in...No pot of gold for you!
