Who Should be Rockford's First 'Person of the Year?'

Last month People magazine announced their "Sexiest Man Alive;" we thought we'd put our own spin on it and Rockford had it's first and very own "Sexiest Man Alive," Miles Neilsen.

Well, we had so much fun with it that, that we thought we'd also like to celebrate Time's "Person of the Year," which is set to be announced on December 6th, with, you guessed it, Rockford's "Person of the Year."

Time defines "Person of the Year" as a "person (or people) who has had the most influence over the news in the last 12 months."
