Once you get over his awkward hair and strange vocabulary, we can get to the meat of the story. How long does it take to burn off one 150 calorie beer?

Craig Ramsey says it takes 40 minutes of walking, 15 minutes of jogging, or 20 minutes of bike riding to burn off the beer, or you can do a workout in a bar like these ladies did.
