Social media is flooded with so much garbage information about COVID-19 (coronavirus), but these websites provide useful reports and facts.

  1. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has posted multiple articles in regards to COVID-19 testing, proactive tips to stay healthy, and facts about fake cures.
  2. The Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has the basics (yet important facts) about symptoms and treatments, as well as the very latest news on COVID-19.
  3. World Health Organization (WHO) also has tips on protecting yourself, travel, research, and more up-to-date information. More importantly, WHO has dedicated information solely on coronavirus myth busters.

And, although the "recipes" are everywhere, the CDC warns against making your own hand sanitizer. Instead, just wash your hands with warm water and soap for at least 20 seconds.
