7 Disney Channel Original Movies That Could Have Taken Place in Rockford [VIDEOS]

Rockford could totally be the setting for Alley Cats Strike, High School Musical, and Brink!

Starting this May, the Disney Channel is loading the airwaves with every Disney Channel Original Movie ever made.

They're celebrating their 100th original movie (the remake of Adventures in Babysitting) with a huge four-day marathon of our favorites, beginning May 27, followed by a sprinkling of the rest of the original movies throughout the month of June. Plus you will be able to buy them all on iTunes, Amazon Instant Video and Google Play according to PopSugar.

• High School Musical - Forget the wildcats, how about the kids from Keith Country Day School? They sure know how to get all musical in the halls.

• Zenon - So Zenon gets in trouble in outer space and gets sent to Earth, maybe instead she could've gotten sent to the Discovery Center to study Janice Voss?
• Halloweentown - How about Hallo-scream-town? Debbie Reynolds takes over the Trail of Screams with the help of her know-it-all granddaughter.
• Alley Cats Strike - Just move that bowling battle over to Don Carter Lanes and you've got a brand new Disney Channel original movie in Rockford.
• Brink! - Erik von Detten can go back in time and take his skating skills to one of the four Rockford Park District skate parks while he tried to earn some money for his family.
• Camp Rock - Pretty sure Demi Lovato's character would become just awesome if she went to a band class taught by Steve Shannon instead of the original camp rock.

• Smart House - Ummm... I don't think there's a Smart House equivalent in Rockford. If I'm wrong, please let me know! Otherwise, we'll just watch this Disney Channel original Monday May 30.
