A Luxury Resort Company Wants To Pay You To Vacation For A Year In Mexico
If the 9 to 5 is has got you down, maybe you should go on vacation, like, for a year.
By the way, you'll also get paid to go on vacation and handsomely too.
Vidanta owns resorts in Riviera Maya, Los Cabos, Puerto Vallarta is and they're offering one person a position that pays $120,000 a year. The kicker, no experience is necessary.
Speaking of experience, if you're wondering what the job entails, well, Vidanta wants someone to "experience" their resorts across Mexico.
When Vidanta means "experience" they mean:
- Determining how many hours of poolside lounging is too many
- Having a pair of sunglasses for EVERY. OCCASION.
- Trying out new luxury spa treatments
- VIP access at a primo DJ set
- Naming all the blow-up pool animals
- Learning new recipes from Michelin Star chefs
That's just a few of the experiences and/or job requirements needed to land the job with Vidanta.
Here's the important stuff, if you get the gig, you'll be gone for a year. If you're a homebody or someone who will miss family and friends, you probably shouldn't apply.
Then there's the deadline. Vidanta states Sunday, October 21 as the last day to get your package together.
At the end of the day, the hiring group is looking for a social media influencer. If you're good with the Insta-Twit-Snap-Books of the world, you're already in the running.
If you didn't understand that last sentence, you're going to have a tough time getting the job.
