An Open Letter to Charlie Puth, From Your Biggest Fan, Intern Emily

Charlie Puth has cancelled the rest of his tour due to illness and one local fan is more than upset.

Emily is one of our new interns. She's really into Twitter and she's also really into Charlie Puth. Seriously, that was the first thing I learned about her when she came in for an interview.

So when I heard over the weekend that Charlie Puth was cancelling his shows, I knew she would be devastated.

This morning, Emily said she could hardly talk about her sadness, but she could write about it. So here it is, Emily's open letter to Charlie:

Dear Charlie Puth,

For about a year now, I have been a hard-core supporting Puthinator.

I listen to your music, I follow you on social media, I bought your Nine Track Mind album, you’re all I talk about, and I bought the most expensive VIP package for your We Don’t Talk Tour.  I literally do everything for you.

On June 17th, 2016 I spent $375 on your Meet & Greet for Tuesday, October 25th, 2016.  You will never know who I am, how much I love you, or how much I was willing to spend to meet you.

Today, Monday, October 24th, 2016, is one day before your concert; the day I was supposed to meet the love of my life.  Sadly, you decided to release a tweet two days prior to the concert, saying you’re cancelling the rest of your Tour dates.

I WAS pissed.

I AM now extremely sad, but your health is way more important than struggling to go through Tour sick, obviously.

Honestly, I hope you recover fast, get through this illness, and start the Tour back up soon.  I DEFINITELY will be buying another VIP package for your next show, I promise.

I love and respect you, though I did cry in the shower last night because you pissed me off.  This was possibly he worst news I’ve ever gotten.

If I never get to meet you, that’s okay, but I just need my money back, Charlie!

We Don’t Talk Anymore? More like We Don’t TOUR Anymore.
