Andrew Freund Says It Was Mom Who Killed Their Son, AJ

Police contacted Apple and were able to view a very disturbing video that AJ's mom had deleted from her phone.

Authorities in the case confronted Andrew Freund with the video and that's when he broke. Andrew then told police that it was AJ's mother, JoAnn Cunningham, who killed his oldest son.

Police reached out to Apple to obtain the video that had previously been deleted from JoAnn's phone. That video appears to show the aftermath of a beating she gave 5-year-old AJ after he wet his bed.

Investigators have also talked with AJ's younger brother, who is 4-years-old, and he told them that his parents instructed him to not talk about what happened to AJ.

Both parents are charged with first-degree murder in AJ's death, according to dailyherald.com. A visitation for AJ is this Friday (5/3) afternoon at Davenport Funeral Home in Crystal Lake.
