We all have routines. If I'm not up at 2 and working out at the gym to get here by a certain time, it makes my whole day a mess. I'm a routine type of person. I think we all can be. Some habits and routines are hard to break, I admit, I eat the same thing day after day, and I have used the same mug to drink my hot chocolate from for 12 years. 

According to a new study, 74 percent of us refuse to change our hairstyle, hair color, what we eat for breakfast and the mug we use for coffee. I'm so all of those.

Here's the rest of the list of routines we refuse to change.  Maybe we all could take baby steps to make one small change today. But then again, if it works for you, it works!
