I love my banana's yellow with a hint of green and a little bit of mush. I really don't think I could eat them any other way, but if you're like me, and your eating yellow banana's, you're doing it all wrong!

According to a biochemist out of England, green banana's are way better for you because they are much higher in resistant starch, which is the best kind of fiber to eat. He says the greener the better!

Now, this next piece of banana advice comes from a nutritionist that says you should eat the peel because it's better for you than the actually fruit is. It also contains anti-aging antioxidants and vitamins!

Now, when I first found this study, I thought, no way would I ever eat the peel of a banana, but now that I've learned that it can help with aging, I may attempt it...maybe if I put it in a blender, it won't be so bad?
