Three of America’s Best Spots For An Ice Cold Frosé Are In Illinois

You'll have difficulty finding a better drink on a hot summer than an ice-cold frosé.

There are two ways to secure a frosé when it's warm: Make it at home (uh, questionable results at best) or go to a professional.

Luckily, three of the finest frosé makers in America are in Illinois.

Yelp compiled a list of the Top 25 frosés worth the brain freeze, and I was pleasantly surprised to see The Land of Lincoln repped so well.

One of the best in America landed in the top 10. It's called The Hampton Social and is located in Chicago's River North neighborhood.

The Hampton Social is supposed to make you feel like you're actually in the ritzy Hamptons, and Yelp says, "What screams summer day in the Hamptons more than a cool glass of frosé with beautiful garnish."

While The Hampton Social was ranked 8th overall, a little further down the list, you'll find The Whale Chicago, where Salena C. said they couldn't pass up their frosé, which was "perfection."

The other place on the list specializing in making a mean frosé is The VIG, also located in Chicago.

Marcy Y. called the frosé at The VIG "just what was needed after walking from downtown and needed to cool down a bit."

The VIG is located at 1527 North Wells Street.
