Chase to Close Downtown Rockford Banking Location

If you often find yourself hitting the ATM at the Chase Bank location on East State Street before enjoying a night in Downtown Rockford, I have some bad news for you; it will be closing soon.

According to wifr.com, a spokesperson for Chase Bank recently released a statement that said;

This fall, we will consolidate the Rockford Downtown branch with the North Main branch for business purposes. All accounts will remain with Chase so no action is required to use existing checks, ATM/debit cards or credit cards. We look forward to serving customers at the new location or at our other Illinois branches and ATMs, online at chase.com or via the Chase Mobile App

Thankfully there are plenty of other Chase locations in the Rockford area to go to, get the full list of them here.
