Giving birth in a hospital is so overrated. For the second time in just a few months, a woman has had a baby while on the expressway.

Today, the honor goes to Leighann Coleman. According to the Chicago Tribune, Coleman, while being escorted by her boyfriend to Northwestern Hospital in a rush to have her child, went into labor before they finally hit their destination.

Coleman's boyfriend, Steve Segers pulled off the Dan Ryan Expressway and onto the shoulder, where Coleman then had the baby.

Coleman and six pound, eight ounce Kylie Ann were taken to Mercy Hospital and are listed in good condition.

In late April, Liz Shishkoff did the same thing. Shishkoff gave birth on the shoulder of Interstate 88 in Oak Brook.
