Christmas Has Already Arrived in Downtown Rockford

Hey Santa, I didn't know I would run into you here.

That's what I was thinking when I came across these Christmas windows in downtown Rockford Saturday afternoon.

While it seems like they're just part of the city preparing for next month's Stroll on State... it was in the high 70s and I was wearing a sundress and sandals when I ran into Rudolph and Mrs. Clause.

Is it too early for elves to take over downtown Rockford? Or are you ok with the red and green all over these windows on Main Street?
