We've known for a while now that the life-sized, singing, electronic animals Chuck E. Cheese is known for would be going bye-bye soon, and that time has now come.

(Feel free to cry or rejoice now)...

ABC7 in Chicago reports;

The days of dancing human-sized animals at Chuck E. Cheese are officially a thing of the past.

The company is getting rid of its classic animatronics at all locations and rolling out a new restaurant design.
The new design features an interactive dance floor.

An interactive dance floor? That sounds pretty darn cool and it makes me feel better about losing the singing animals.

The changes don't stop there though, game tokens are officially a thing of the past too.

Have you been to Chuck E. Cheese in Rockford lately? Have the restaurant renovations already begun? We can't wait to see the finished product!
