Public Health Alert Issued for Popular Frozen Burritos Sold at Costco
Since egg isn't listed on the label, it could pose a serious risk for people who have egg allergies.
The issue was discovered after a customer reported the burritos inside the box didn't match the packaging.

Mislabeled Red’s Burritos Impact Costco Stores Across the Midwest
The burritos were only sold at Costco, and while there are locations in Illinois, it's not the only state on the list, as Michigan and Minnesota were also included.
Rest assured, Costco has already pulled the mislabeled burritos from store shelves, but health officials warn boxes of those very same burritos could be sitting in your freezer.

What to Do If You Have the Affected Red’s Burritos in Your Freezer
While there have been zero illnesses or allergic reactions reported thus far, if you have an egg allergy and own a box of Red's Steak, Cilantro & Lime Burritos, do not eat them. Costco is offering full refunds on the affected product.
Bummer too, because when someone buys something like this, they probably were really looking forward to it, but if you suffer from egg allergies, which can range from mild to life-threatening, it's better not to take a chance.
