Dead Raccoon Memorialized in the Streets of Toronto [PHOTOS]

The City of Toronto sort of forgot to pick up a dead raccoon so people created a memorial for him.

I'm extremely compassionate when it comes to animals, but when it comes to roadkill, the last thing I want to do is go near it.  Is that even safe?

It seems the people of Toronto don't care. Either they are the most compassionate people on the planet, or they're the sickest; but regardless, a dead raccoon managed to really bring this city together and it's pretty hilarious.

RIP Conrad. (that was the name he was given by the internet) Let's all leave our trash cans open tonight in his honor.
