According to Lyrics.com, there are five songs mentioning Rockford in the lyrics.

Full disclosure, I omitted songs that mention Rockford Fosgate and the Rockford Files.

Strangely, the Bloodhound Gang's Legend In My Spare Time and Ben Folds Five Battle of Who Could Care Less both mention Rockford Files in their lyrics, but nothing about Rockford.

Rittz's Looking Back Now mentions Rockford Fosgate so that one's out too, and while I'm not convinced D.I.T.C.'s Thick may be referencing the same thing, the lyrics are ambiguous enough I'll allow it to make the list.
