Get Ready to Toast to Summer with Illinois Bottomless Mimosas Fest

Forget whatever plans you had for this weekend and book it to Chicago for bottomless mimosas with a side of French toast.

We are just a few days away from the unofficial start of summer and I may have stumbled upon the perfect way to welcome in the sunshine - bottomless mimosas served with a basket of French toast sticks.

It gets even better.

I know you're thinking, Michelle, how could it possibly get better?

Well, the bottomless mimosas include four different flavors AND the entire mimosa/toast party takes place on the Chicago Riverwalk, so you can basically brunch while you get your steps in.

Honestly, it gets even better than this because if you happened to be booked this weekend, they do it every Saturday.

This all happens at Island Party Hut between Lake Shore Drive and Columbus on the Chicago Riverwalk..

Tickets start at $25 and include two hours of bottomless mimosas and those French toast sticks. That's a pretty decent price these days... $12.50 an hour? That's less than one mimosa costs at most brunch spots.

The only problem I'm seeing is I can't seem to find the list of the mimosa varieties on the Facebook event page. This is a pretty small problem, but a problem nonetheless.

I'm imagining there will be orange juice, pineapple juice, strawberry/orange and probably something I don't like, maybe mango or passionfruit.

But either way, I'm putting this on my Chicago 'to-do' list this summer.
