Glamping in Michigan Blueberry Field is a Summer Dream

What is Glamping? It's normal outdoor camping but with amenities and comforts like you'd get at a luxury hotel.

For some, just idea of roughing it, makes their skin crawl. For many, roughing it, is a hotel without a pool. This kind of camping is what you may be ale to talk hem into doing with you.

Glamping in this South Haven, Michigan blueberry field is a dream, no matter who you are. Camp in luxury at The Fields just minutes from South Haven's beautiful beaches on Lake Michigan. Hiking trails, bonfires, campfire-made meals and luxurious tent accommodations.

Irene Wood, The Fields’ owner, says her resort is the first luxury glamping spot in the Midwest.

The Fields has 10 canvas tents set up on wooden platforms, each with a king-size bed with fine linens. A partial wall behind the bed divides the front of the tent from the bathroom area, where privacy screens separate the space equipped with a toilet, shower and bathroom sink. Tents also have room for a desk, small table and chairs.

Oh, and let's not forget about the blueberries.
