Okay wait... this is actually so cool!  Glow Wild is taking over Brookfield Zoo Chicago and turning into a glowing, magical nighttime experience, and I'm not gonna lie - I'm kind of already planning to go.

Picture this: you're walkin through illuminated pathways surrounded by massive handcrafter larners inspired by wildlife, global traditions, and even mythical worlds.

Glow Wild Lantern Festival Coming to Brookfield Zoo

From March 19th through May 10thBrookfield Zoo is transforming their entire space into this glowing celebration of art, culture, and conservation, so it's not just pretty, it's meaningful too.  This is one of those events that's for everyone.  Family night? Yes.  Date night?  Yes. Girls' night? Yes!  Everyone needs a ride on the Ferris Wheel!

Tickets do have to be purchased in advance, so you can't just roll up last minute.  Zoo members get a discount, and general admission is $24.95 for adults and $14.95 for kids.  During the event hours for Glow Wild, the zoo is open 10am-5pm Monday-Wednesday, 10am-4pm Thursday-Sunday.  So, you have plenty of chances to go!

Oh, and if you're more about sensory nights, Glow Wild will have those March 26th, April 16th, and May 7th.  That means quieter lights and sounds for guests who'd appreciate that.  I love, love, love when events are fun and accommodating!
