How Hot Will Illinois’ Summer Be This Year You Don’t Want To Know

Honestly, I don't think you really want to know how hot it will be in Illinois this summer.

Which Do You Like Better Cold Or Hot Weather

It's funny because as I've gotten older, my taste in the weather has changed quite a bit. When I was younger, I was a big fan of colder temperatures. It's because I hate sweating. By far, winter was my favorite season.

Well, that's definitely not the case anymore. Now, I am all about summer. I hate being cold more than sweating. I don't even get me started on the snow, wind, and ice.

What Does The Farmer's Almanac Predict For This Summer

We've already had a bunch of crazy weather this spring, so everyone is wondering what the summer will bring. My guess is it won't be anything normal. I always like to find out what the good old fashion Farmer's Almanac has to say.

According to nbcchicago.com,

"This upcoming summer is expected to be remembered for one thing across the nation: its heat."

 

"The Farmers' Almanac released its summer forecast prediction, saying the Midwest will likely be warm with some rain showers big thunderstorms on tap."

 

"As the Summer Solstice marks the start of the season on June 21, areas around the Great Lakes and the East Coast are expected to start seeing storms, according to the almanac."

 

July and August will be extremely hot in the 90s

There could also be some big storms throughout the summer.

It really is a crapshoot so we will have to just wait and see how it actually plays out. I'm not going to place any wagers on it but I'll be sure to keep plenty of deodorant around.
