If it's been since the 4th of July weekend that you've fired up the grill and loaded it up with red meat, hot dogs and brats; tossed out bowl after bowl of potato salad, coleslaw and pasta salad then you're more than likely ready to throw down some serious eats at our annual Brews and BBQ 2016, presented by Parson's Collision Centers.

Then you take a second and think back to last year; all that pulled pork, baked beans and beer left you feeling like you had to be rolled out of there on a dolly; but it was worth it, right?

Thrillist says, drink it; but if you want to avoid feeling bloated or get a beer gut, do so in moderation and make sure to stay hydrated. Also, swap out fatty foods with more protein (liked that grilled chicken),  and stay away from foods that you're likely to binge eat if you prefer to drink more.
